First Year Teacher Mentor Program
SPPA encourages first-year teachers, who are energetic and dedicated individuals looking to prove themselves in the education field, to apply to our institution. Our first year teaching program provides mentorship from a team perspective. Teachers are paired with a mentor, grade-level leader, and team leader, in addition to a supportive administration, who are willing to provide guidance and support to ensure success.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
SPPA offers competitive salaries to newly hired and experienced teachers. Teachers with a master degree are offered additional salary compensation. Many of our teachers have additional opportunities to earn supplemental income during the school year and summer months.
In addition to competitive wages, SPPA offers competitive health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance packages as well as 403 (b) retirement with 3% match. Qualifying family members are also eligible for certain benefit packages.
