How to Apply/Links to Forms
The admission process begins with a visit to our school including a tour. During the visit, families receive a packet containing all required application materials. The admission process involves the following steps:
- Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate and Social.
- Copy of an Updated shot record.
- Copy of Physical.
After we have received all the required forms, you child begin his/her first day of school the day of or the following.
